| Message "License is in use by other user. You cannot login!"during login |

This can be caused by a number of issues.
- The license is registered on another PC running Legrand. Please check the Legrand serial numbers of all machines accessing the database.
- The windows user does not have read / write access to the Legrand database. Please have your network administrator check the permissions on the database folder (i.e. C:\Legrandcrm\demodatabase).
- The license control file may be ‘locked’ by windows. Please have your network administrator go to the database licenses folder (i.e. C:\Legrandcrm\demodatabase\licenses) and try to delete the file name Lserialno.lic. (i.e. L07898.lic).
- If you cannot delete the file because it returns a message that the file is in use, the next solution is to reboot the PC (if a local PC issue) or the server (if the end user is connecting to a database stored on the server)
