Legrand Version 4 - How to move Legrand CRM from one machine to another?
You will first need to remove the license from the machine that Legrand CRM is installed on.

To do this either got to the Help > About section and note the license number. Delete entries from the licensing screen and click Save Changes. Alternatively, go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Add/Remove Programs and remove Legrand CRM.

This will enable you to re-use the Legrand CRM license on another machine.

Then simply re-install Legrand CRM onto the other machine and transfer the serial number and license codes to that new machine. To enter the licence details either click on the Record Licence button on the Login screen, or, log into a database and use the Record License button on the Help>About screen.

If you are unable to access your machine due to a HDD Failure for example, then please email support@legrandcrm.com with your serial number, site ID and company details.
