| Legrand Version 4 - System Administration option are ‘greyed out’ or disabled. |

This can be an issue for Legrand v4 users and can be caused by one of the two possibilities.
- The log in user account having a user-type of Public. Please contact your Legrand database administrator to have this confirmed or changed.
- The 2nd possibility is that the Microsoft XML parser – which is a component which Legrand CRM uses to store/retrieve User Authentication – is not installed on the PC. To re-install this component execute the file MSXML3SP2Setup.exe which you will find in the Components directory inside your LegrandCRM directory. i.e. if you installed Legrand CRM in the default C:\, the full path is C:\LegrandCRM\Components\MSXML3SP2Setup.exe; if you installed Legrand CRM in your Program Files directory then the full path is C:\Program Files\ LegrandCRM\Components\MSXML3SP2Setup.exe
