When Scanning Sybiz Some Accounts Do Not Appear For Selection To Be Imported Into Legrand CRM

Legrand CRM allows the ability for accounts that are in Sybiz to be imported into Legrand CRM, this is performed via the menu path [File \ Accounting \ Execute data transfer to \ from Sybiz].

So when you choose the option to scan Sybiz for any accounts that do not exist in Legrand CRM, why is it that in the list of accounts shown some are missing?

There are 2 reasons, the most common is that only active accounts in Sybiz will be transferred across into Legrand CRM.

The second reason found is that if the Sybiz account is active and has a contact but that Sybiz contact has no value for the name (but has values for other fields, for example email) then the account is skipped and not included in the list to import.

To correct this the Sybiz name needs to be populated with data.
