How To Identify Emails Exported Into Legrand CRM From Outlook
Within MS Outlook you can customize the current view of your inbox and sent items as well as any other folder within your Mailbox.

This ability to customize the current view can allow Legrand CRM end users to create an automatic formatting rule for messages exported to Legrand CRM.

Therefore the rule can be that emails exported to Legrand CRM to be blue and also in a different font and text size, for example.

So how can we create this rule.

It starts off with a right mouse click on the column headers in the folder and then choosing Customize Current View.

In the next screen that appears you need to choose Automatic Formating...

This will display whatever rule exists, to add to this you need to press the button Add.

Choose a suitable name and then pick the Font conditions. Once set then choose the option Condition.

In the new screen then choose the tab Advanced.

In this you need to seelct Field > User defined fields in folder > NOTEID.

The condition then must equal "is not empty" and then add this to the list.

NOTE : For this to work you must have already exported one email from MS Outlook to Legrand CRM.
