| Customer Service - Ticket Numbering | |||||||||

In Legrand CRM you can define the numbering system that you wish to use for customer service records. The numbering system can be decided upon within menu path [Administration \ System Administration \ System Options \ Ticket Numbering]. Customer service ticket numbers can be 10 digits long but limited to only numeric values. Customers can start the Customer service ticket with 2010 followed by 000000 to easily identify customer service records created in the yeat 2010. Once 2011 starts the Customer service ticket number can be changed to 2011 followed by 000000 and so on for the following years. |
