If you receive the following message "LCRMBL.DLL must be installed" when trying to start up the Legrand CRM Addin via the following methods.

MS Word  \ Addins \ Legrand Merge V5

or

Legrand  CRM \ Administration \ Word Mail Merge Templates

or

Within Legrand CRM using the feature [print report for selected \ print MS Word report]

You need to check the following MS Word Options.

Go to the MS Word Options
Got to the Trust Center
Got to the Trust Center Settings ...

And enable the following

Macro Setting 

Enable All Macro’s(not recommended)  = ON

Developer Macro Settings 

Trust access to the _VBA project object mode = ON
