If you are to receive the following message when previous attempts to send emails from Legrand has worked fine you need to check the following settings within Legrand CRM to ensure that they are correct.

Via menu path [Administration \ User preferences \ Email system]

Firstly check the following information is correct

Server name (IP)
Sender name
Sender e-mail address

If any of these differ then you must correct them.

Usually this issue arises from a change of password, therefore it is important to check this setting

If your outgoing server requires authentication then enter the log on details:
Log on using

User name
Password

As mentioned before these issues usually arise with a change in password but it is also advisable to check all settings if the issue is not confined to one end user.
