In Legrand CRM version 5 all registered license serial numbers are tied to a particular fingerprint unique machine ID.

To allow you to re use a serial number that is already used you need to follow the steps below.

1) On the new PC install Legrand CRM Software 
2) On the old PC start the Legrand application and choose the option "Remove License" at the login screen.
3) Once the Remove License button is selected, the license number for that machine will be cleared, and an automatic email message will be generated with a confirmation number. Email this message to support@legrandcrm.com so that the serial number for can be released
4) The serial number will be released by the support team and confirmation of this will be emailed to you.
5) Once confirmation or release is recieved the serial number can now be used and egistered onto the new PC

Note: The release of serial numbers is a free of charge service for all customers on software annual maintenance.
