I unstalled the Outlook Addin from Add/Remove Programs, but the Send and Export button did not go away.
The uninstallation can be verified by going to Tools->Options->Other->Advanced Options->Com Addins. If the Outlook Addin appears in this window, click the remove button and that should complete the uninstallation.

Records imported into Legrand CRM are actually copied into the database i.e. emails are copied into separate Activity Note records. Deleting the email in Outlook will have no effect on the Legrand CRM record.

The contact that is originally selected is the contact that will have the email recorded with an Activity Note. If you wish to select multiple contacts and have an Activity Note recorded on both, select both contacts when emailing.
