Can I install Legrand on both my Desktop and Laptop?
Certainly you can, providing that you have serial numbers for both machines. Please note that Legrand licensing is designed per computer therefore each PC needs to have its own serial number and unlock key.
Customer Service Module is all I need can I purchase it on its own?
Unfortunately not, Customer Service Module is designed to complement Legrand Professional and Legrand Corporate. Therefore to use Customer Service the purchase of one or the other is required.
Is Legrand software hosted, or can we have it installed on our server?
Legrand software is not hosted. It is an application based software, that either (Depending on which version) runs off an SQL database or Foxpro file sharing database that sits on your own hardware.
Item Tracking Module is all I need can I purchase it on its own?
Unfortunately not, Item Tracking Module is designed to complement Legrand Professional and Legrand Corporate. Therefore to use Item Tracking the purchase of one or the other is required.
My Annual Software Maintenance is due to expire how can I renew?
To obtain information or renew your Annual Software Maintenance please contact your Legrand Partner or Legrand Direct. For identification purposes and to speed up the process you are required to provide us with your company name (if applicable), the name of the licensee and serial number/s.
